Maruti Suzuki and car fans are aware of the Swift being the dominant figure in the hatchback segment in India. Since its launch the car has gathered remarkable profits for the company. The Swift hatchback and Dzire are one of the best sellers of Maruti and there is never a day that goes by without spotting these cars on the roads.

However, mechanically the car remains all the same. The limited edition Swift Star has been made available on the base and middle variants of both the petrol and diesel versions.
